Visitors can spend an hour or so strolling around the vineyard and exploring the winery, learning how Carr Taylor's still wines are made.

The secrets of traditional sparkling wine production can also be discovered while the shop has something for everyone including gifts, wine tastings and refreshments.

There are several picnic spots and a panoramic outlook over the outstanding natural beauty of the Sussex countryside.
